Refunds will only be issued to a customer’s account for custom orders (premium accounts) made via WhatsApp or Telegram, and only in the event of a verified logs issue. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests made after this time frame will not be considered or processed.
